Fatty ran a marathon!

Thank you everyone who entered.  The Raffle has been completed, I truly appreciate all your help!!

First off, I want to wish you all a very happy holiday season! it’s been an odd Christmas so far here in Boston, not much snow, and warm temperatures.  This is somewhat alarming, as I keep thinking that the cold winter may just be shifting its time schedule, meaning a nice wintery marathon in April.

I am running the Boston Marathon through the Leukemia and Lymphoma society’s team in training program. I am running in honor of my good friend Andy Dick, who is currently battling stage 4 adenocarcinoma. You can read more about it on the about me page of this blog.

Thanks to my dear friend and cellist Emily Hope Price and her wonderful band Pearl and the Beard, I am able to do a raffle in which one lucky winner will receive a Pearl and the Beard merch package.  They have put together an incredible package, and even signed a record, here is the detailed list:

So, how do I enter you ask??  Just go to my fundraising page, and for each entry contribute 25 dollars.  Then,  Like Pearl and the Beard’s Facebook page.  If you would prefer not to like Pearl and the Beard’s page, which is kind of crazy if you ask me, then let me know and  I will also post the winner here on my blog.  The winner will be announced January 2nd, on live television in front of a studio audience.  Ok not really, more like Facebook and my blog.
